Your first Compa360 subscription payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Compa360 is not right for your business, request cancellation within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase and we will refund your first subscription payment—no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hello@compa360.com from the email associated with your account and ask to cancel. We will confirm your request and process any eligible refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.

After the first 30 days

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Payments made after the initial 30-day guarantee period are non-refundable except where required by law. Your service remains available through the end of the period already paid for.
